Early, Friday morning, I'm off to Crete for a long walk with my class. I think it's about 100km in total and I might just die.
I started packing last night and I'm not sure if I'll be able to keep the weight of my backpack below 10kg. I'll just have to pour some of the toothpaste and soap out and trade the jeans for something thinner. I'm not sure what to do about the sleepingbag-issue. Is it cold during the night? Should I bring my thicker and heavier sleepingbag or the lighter summer sleepingbag??? Oh, the dilemma!
I'm getting really wound up and I'm worrying about everything.
Things I have to do:
Finish packing
Clean room PROPERLY
Write oral presentation about diet and geology in Crete
Study traffic rules etc.etc.
COME UP WITH PROJECT!!!
...and the list goes on...
Things I shouldn't do:
Worry about nothings
Run around
Get stressed (get other people stressed instead!)
Pick at toenails (they will give you blisters!!)
Feel betrayed (it only adds to the worrying and running and stressing!)
My feet feel nice and soft and pretty. I got a pedicure an hour ago...
Off to school! Soon...
